Yes. We only accept products that are free from the top 10 food allergens and have gone through our strict approval process.
Our guidelines are very strict as we understand what it’s like to live with life-threatening food allergies. We send all of our prospective suppliers a detailed questionnaire to complete before we include their products in the box. The questionnaire has over 100 questions covering different areas of risk so it’s thorough.
We will only accept products that don’t contain the top 10 allergens - eggs, cow’s milk, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy, fish, shellfish, wheat, and lupin.
We don’t approve a product if it has any ‘may contain traces of’ these allergens.Even though we’ve done our due diligence, we still recommend that you follow the golden rule of allergies and check the labels on every product before consuming. We make sure every item stocked has the ingredients listed on the packaging. As you know, you can never be too careful when you have food allergies.

At this stage, majority of the products we stock are gluten free AND free from the top 10 food allergens.
We will state if the product is gluten free in the product and ingredients sections of each item.
